Sunday, February 9, 2025 – Super Bowl Tailgate Party
We kicked things off with an electric Super Bowl Tailgate Party! Attendees gathered to enjoy delicious food, refreshing drinks, and a thrilling pregame atmosphere before settling in for the big game. It was the perfect way to break the ice and set the tone for the week ahead.
Monday, February 10, 2025 – Opening Keynote & Education Sessions
Monday was all about learning and growth. The day began with an inspiring keynote address by Jeff McManus, who shared his insights on leadership and cultivating excellence. Industry experts led a series of insightful education sessions, covering the latest trends and best practices. Attendees walked away with fresh ideas and valuable knowledge to implement in their businesses. In addition to the keynote, TPI members participated in an engaging session diving into innovative ideas, fostering discussions on industry advancements and creative solutions.
Tuesday, February 11, 2025 – Inspirational Breakfast, Wild West Luncheon, & Solutions Showcase
The day began with an uplifting Inspirational Breakfast featuring Byron Branch, who captivated the audience with his harrowing journey to the Paralympics after losing his leg in the line of duty. His story of perseverance and determination left attendees deeply moved and motivated.
At noon, the highly anticipated Wild West Luncheon & Games brought a fun, interactive networking experience that was both competitive and entertaining. Later in the evening, attendees explored the Solutions Showcase, where industry leaders presented cutting-edge products and services. The Expo Hall buzzed with energy as participants engaged in meaningful conversations and enjoyed a fantastic dinner. The evening also featured the TLI Sportsman Raffle, with over 20 lucky winners walking away with incredible prizes!
Wednesday, February 12, 2025 – Field Day & Private Concert with Tracy Byrd
Bladerunner Farms provided the perfect backdrop for Field Day. Starting at 11:00 a.m., attendees got hands-on experience with innovative techniques and industry advancements. As the sun set, the evening transformed into an unforgettable experience, featuring a private concert by country music star Tracy Byrd. The combination of great music, delicious food, and camaraderie made for a night to remember!
Thursday, February 13, 2025 – Bladerunner Farm Tours
The final day of the conference gave attendees a behind-the-scenes look at the operations of local farms. These exclusive tours provided a deeper understanding of industry best practices, making for an educational and inspiring close to an amazing week.

The 2025 TPI Conference was a resounding success, bringing together industry professionals to learn, connect, and celebrate. TPI Executive Director Casey Reynolds shared his thoughts on the event:
