Throughout our immersive 20-month program, you will become a more robust leader to become a more effective advocate for the natural grass industry. With a balance of dynamic, engaging classroom content and virtual presentations you will learn new skills and intensify your existing leadership characteristics to enhance the long-term success of your career and organization.
Program Goals and Objectives
• Build new relationships and networks within the
natural grass industry for idea sharing and industry
involvement. Develop stronger communication skills
for employee management and motivation.
• Practice leadership and advocacy skills to meet
rapidly changing industry needs.
• Further develop natural grass industry leaders
with real-world experiences, global knowledge,
and intentional mentorship

• Twenty months of learning and networking
• Monthly classroom experiences (virtual and live)
• 2026 & 2027 TPI International Education
Conference & Field Days
• 2-day summer residency at the University
of Northern Iowa
• 2-day Advocacy trip to Washington, DC
• Reading, Analysis, and Discussion of
